These big pickling cucumbers are grown organically on our farm, and weigh 7-8 oz before pickling.
Other ingredients- filtered water, sea salt, organic cane sugar (there is no sugar or sweetness left in the final fermented product) organic black peppercorns, dill, organic garlic from our farm, organic onion, organic grape leaves from our farm, bay leaves.
