What is the return policy?

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a problem with the quality of your order, items missing, or items damaged, please reach out to us right away when you receive it and we will address the problem. For missing items, or incorrect items, of course we will send out the corrected order as soon as possible. For items damaged during shipment, you will be required to keep the damaged products, send pictures of box, packing materials, and damage, and possibly bring them to your local post office if they ask for proof, before we can reimburse anything. Please do not throw anything out if there is a problem.

When do these herbal products expire?

Our tinctures, oils, soaps, fermented honey, fire cider, salves and teas never expire. They are inherently shelf stable. They may, however, loose potency over time if not stored correctly. We recommend taking care to fully seal the containers between uses, and storing them in a cool dark cabinet, away from direct heat and light. Our Rose Water Mist and our Vitamin C Serum should be used up within 2 months of purchase. Refrigerating may prolong the shelf life a bit. Hot sauces should be refrigerated and used up within 6 months for best flavor. Elderberry syrup should be refrigerated and used up within 3 months once opened. Smoothie mixes should be used up within 6 months of receiving.

Do Judah’s Haven products cure diseases?

None of our products are intended to diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure any disease. Please see your personal physician for such things.

Who are these products safe for?

Our bottles are labeled with info on who should not use any given product, but we must insist the anyone and everyone check with their own personal physician and pharmacist before adding any herbs or supplements, including ours, to their daily routine.

Hatching Eggs, seeds, and fruit cuttings

Many of our customers have had incredible results hatching our eggs and growing plants propagated from our farm. We ensure viability & fertility of eggs, seeds, and cuttings when we mail them out to you. We very careful and safely pack all of our orders to prevent damage during shipment. All packages are fully insured. Hundreds of our customers have experienced great results hatching our eggs, planting our seeds, and propagating our cuttings. Many have even successfully hatched 11 out of 12 eggs received. However we cannot guarantee successful growth or hatching with any of these things. It is beyond our control how a package is handled during shipment, what elements it is exposed to, how the eggs are incubated, and how plants are propagated once you get them.
We do recommend that you only use top quality incubators, seed starting mix, etc, and that you take the time to educate yourself on what you are trying to do. There is lots of helpful info on growing various plants and on hatching bird eggs, all over the internet and especially YouTube.
