Fermented, flavored, and dehydrated chili flakes made from peppers and veggies grown on our farm organically. These have unique spicy tangy and sweet flavor profiles, and can be used any way you'd use red pepper flakes! (Think PIZZA).

One ingredient – the incredibly flavorful and fruity Sugar Rush Peach chili pepper, fermented to perfection. This is currently our mildest variety, but it does have a very nice heat.

Made with fermented jalapeños and poblanos, and fresh apples, Sweet and just the right amount of earthy heat.
???? Roasted Reaper
Made with infamously intense ????Carolina Reaper chilies, fermented and then balanced out with sweet roasted red bell peppers, roasted garlic, and a bit of tomato for a rich yet HOT spice.
???? Lemon drop
Made with fermented lemon drop chilies, and flavored with a bit of roasted garlic, and fresh lemons. It’s spicy, bright, and fresh tasting.
???? Habanero
Such a flavorful, fruity chili! we added nothing to this one, aside from fermenting the chilis in just a bit of salt. It's perfection ????????

Hints of orange and ginger.
???? Cranberry Dragon
Made with super hot Fermented Dragon’s toe chilies, but toned down with the sweet tanginess of cranberries and orange juice.
