Description
A tincture is an infusion of an herb or herbs, for medicinal use. Certain preparations of liquids are used to extract the beneficial plant compounds out of the plant solids. My tinctures are highly concentrated so a few drops goes a long way. To use a tincture, simply add a few drops to a glass of water and drink it. All of our bottles are labeled with instructions.

Beneficial ingredients-
Lovage. This is commonly used as “irrigation therapy” for pain and swelling (inflammation) of the lower urinary tract, for prevention of kidney stones, and to increase the flow of urine when urinary tract infections or fluid retention is present. It has been traditionally used to treat Urinary tract infections (UTI), kidney stones, irritable bowel syndrome, and more
Goldenrod. Studies suggest goldenrod may help reduce inflammation, fight infections, and lower blood pressure. For some people it helps with seasonal allergies. It does seem to act like a diuretic, and is used in Europe to treat urinary tract inflammation and to prevent or treat kidney stones.
Usnea. The ancient Greek physician Hippocrates is believed to have used it to treat urinary ailments. Nowadays, usnea is commonly used to accelerate wound healing, and reduce pain and fever. It has been shown in studies to reduce inflammation, speed wound healing by increasing the bodies own collagen production, and even protect against staph bacteria.
