Tatsoi is nutrient rich containing Vitamins A, C, beta- carotene, calcium, folate, fiber and phytonutrients. Phytonutrients are becoming recognized as part of a nutritious diet that promotes long-term health. Phytonutrients can act as antioxidants, which help to prevent chronic diseases like cancer and heart disease.


Arugula is rich in vitamin A, an essential vitamin necessary for normal vision, skin health, and maintaining immune function. It is an excellent source of nutrients, including vitamin C, calcium, folate, iron, fiber and protein.

Beet Greens

Beet greens are packed with essential minerals, vitamins, and fiber, plus B-carotene, lutein, and zeaxanthin, potent antioxidants with anti-cancer properties. Beet greens provide an impressive amount of Vitamin K, which supports bone health and may aid in Alzheimer's disease treatment by limiting neuronal damage. Beet greens are a rich source of minerals including magnesium, copper, calcium, sodium, potassium, iron, manganese, and phosphorus, crucial for overall health.

Dandelion Greens

Dandelion greens are loaded with antioxidants, which work to neutralize the harmful effects of free radicals. Lemon balm

While it’s high in antioxidants, vitamin C, and thiamin, lemon balm also aids in absorption of a wide range of vitamins and minerals, making it the perfect companion to many of the other herbs in this blend. 


Alfalfa is rich in antioxidants, therefore it can help fight free radical damage and lower the risk of disease such as heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and Alzheimer’s disease. Alfalfa promotes urine flow, which can help flush harmful bacteria from the body. 


Rich in B vitamins, beta-carotene, vitamin E, manganese, zinc, copper, iron, selenium, and essential fatty acids, Spirulina also provides a very gentle detoxifying effect perfect for everyday use when in small doses such as with this blend.  

Peppermint and spearmint are also included to aid digestion and absorption.

A tincture is an infusion of an herb or herbs, for medicinal use. Certain preparations of liquids are used to extract the beneficial plant compounds out of the plant solids. My tinctures are highly concentrated so a few drops goes a long way. Eat Your Greens is also available as a glycerite, a liquid preparation which uses organic vegetable glycerin to extract the herbs, instead of alcohol. A glycerite is more pleasant on the palate than an alcohol based tincture, but alcohol is better able to extract more vitamins, minerals, and healing constituents than glycerin. To use either a tincture or a glycerite, simply add a few drops to a glass of water and drink it.
