What is the lymphatic system?
Protocols to stimulate Lymph Flow
- stimulating the lymphatic system
- exfoliating the skin
- helping the body rid itself of toxins
- increasing circulation and energy
- exfoliation
- helping to break down cellulite
- Start at your feet and move up your body. Gently Massage a few drops of Judah’s Haven Lymphatic Massage Oil to a limb, and begin brushing. You want to always be brushing towards your heart! That means feet to top of legs, wrists to top of arms, and neck down to shoulders / chest.
- Brush your skin using wide, circular, clockwise motions, moving upward from your feet.
- Use light pressure in areas where your skin is thin and harder pressure on thicker skin, like the soles of your feet.
- Brush your arms after you have brushed your feet, legs, and mid-section. You should brush upward towards your armpits.
- After dry brushing, you can take a shower to help remove the dry skin. (This is a great time to do the hot/cold shower we talk about in the next post.)
- rashes
- wounds
- cuts
- infections
- Also, never brush an area affected by poison oak, poison ivy, or psoriasis. Don’t dry brush your face unless you’re using a softer brush made for that purpose.
Additional ways to stimulate lymph flow

- Most importantly, make sure to drink PLENTY of WATER
- Processed foods
- Conventionally raised meat
- Artificial sweeteners
- Conventional dairy
- Sugar
- Soy
- Table salt
Dosage / Protocol
For 7-14 days-
Follow the above protocols for Lymphatic Massage and Dry Brushing daily. 2-3 times per day, and preferably on an empty stomach, take 20 drops of the Lymphatic Cleanse Tincture and, if desired, the Detox Tincture as well. Children 6-12 use 10 drops of each. Children 2-6 should use 5 drops of the Lymphatic Cleanse tincture and should skip the detox tincture.
1-2 time a week you may use the Bath Tea for a detox bath.
It is a good idea to choose several of the additional lymphatic flow tips lie sweating, exercise, contrast showers, etc.
We routinely do group cleanses in our Wellness Library group on Facebook, and it’s a great place to find lots of cleanse approved recipes as well.
Customer reviews-
“Following your cleanses in 2023 changed my life! I learned so much about what affects MY body. I recommend them to so many people!”
“My teen had congested, painful ear clogging. I had the lymph oil on hand, so I watched her video on how to do simple lymphatic massage around the ears using the oil and within minutes of trying it, it worked!”
“I love the fire cider and lost over 30 pounds and my health improved from doing the cleanse at the beginning of the year”
“The detox was wonderful, i’d like to do it again soon. ”
“Aside from feeling great while taking the detox and candida cleanse tinctures and following the dietary guideline, the following month the dentist commented, “Your cleaning and hygiene really improved. No plaque!” Hmm, I didn’t change my brushing+flossing routine and suspected the improvement was related to the tinctures… Now I’m learning about the importance of minerals for the mouth! All the supportive herbs in those tinctures had this amazing side effect of supporting dental health.”
Thank you for the sensible critique. Me & my neighbor were just preparing to do some research about this. We got a grab a book from our area library but I think I learned more from this post. I am very glad to see such excellent info being shared freely out there.
