Description

This is a loose leaf herbal tea blend that you can get with an infuser. You’ll just add some of the dried herbs to the infuser and steep as you would a tea bag, in a mug of boiling water. All of our herbal teas are caffeine free. There are about 30 servings in one pouch, depending on how much you like to use per scoop.

This delicious blend of herbs supports the immune system. It can be used daily as a preventative measure, but is especially helpful when you’re fighting off an ailment. We love it hot or cold with a bit of honey mixed in. It’s a great compliment to our “Well” roll-on, our Fire Cider, our Immu-Biotic Tincture, and our fermented honey products.

Let’s check out the impressive ingredients-

Echinacea Purpurea

Echinacea is best known for its beneficial effects on the immune system.

Numerous studies have found that this plant may help your immune system combat infections and viruses, which could help you recover faster from illness. That’s one reason why echinacea is often used to prevent or treat the common cold.

Echinacea and its compounds have many health benefits, such as reduced inflammation, improved immunity, and lower blood sugar levels.

Echinacea plants are loaded with plant compounds that function as antioxidants. In addition, echinacea plants contain compounds called alkamides, which can further enhance antioxidant activity. Alkamides can renew worn-out antioxidants and help antioxidants better reach molecules that are prone to oxidative stress.

Test-tube studies have found that echinacea plants may help lower blood sugar levels.

Research has discovered that echinacea plants contain compounds that may reduce feelings of anxiety, and can help reduce excess inflammation, chronic pain and swelling.

Echinacea purpurea extract was shown to improve eczema symptoms and help repair the skin’s thin, protective outer layer.

Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)

This herb is a potent antiviral, but it’s benefits don't end there. Lemon balm is helpful for treating and preventing cold sores. It may boost cognitive function, reduce anxiety, and relieve stress. Lemon Balm can also help reduce menstrual cramps, relieve nausea and indigestion, and ease headaches and toothaches.

Ginger

Ginger has a very long history of use in various forms of traditional and alternative medicine. Ginger may help fight harmful bacteria and viruses, which could reduce your risk for infections. It’s been used to aid digestion, reduce nausea, and help fight the flu and common cold, to name a few of its purposes. It’s been shown to be extremely effective at treating pregnancy related morning sickness, and help with menstrual cramps. Ginger has powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, according to research.
