All of my sauces are made with homegrown chili peppers that are fermented. Fermented foods are chock-full of probiotics or good bacteria. They give your immune system a boost and even help your body gently detoxify.
Conventional hot sauce gets its stability and tanginess from distilled vinegar. The problem is, not only is distilled vinegar horrible for your gut health, it’s made from GMO corn. ❌
The chili peppers used in our sauces are loaded with Capsaicin. Capsaicin is know for its pain relieving and anti-inflammatory effects, as well as its immune boosting benefits.
