Ingredients-
Fennel Seed
In many parts of the world, it's common to eat a little bit of fennel after a meal to aid with digestion and relieve gassiness. Fennel has been shown to help with digestion by reducing inflammation in the bowels and decreasing bacteria that cause gassiness. It also, purifies the blood, regulates blood pressure, improves eyesight, treats IBS and constipation, reduces cancer risk, suppresses appetite etc. It also aids weight loss and is suitable for treating skin problems. Fennel seeds can break down the kidney stones and uric acid in the tissues. Fennel seeds' strong antioxidant properties reduce inflammation in the digestive tract.
Peppermint
Peppermint calms the muscles of the stomach and improves the flow of bile, which the body uses to digest fats. As a result, food passes through the stomach more quickly. It helps relieve stomach cramps, bloating and farting, particularly if you have irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). It works by helping the muscle of the bowel wall to relax.
Ginger
Gingerol, a natural component of ginger root, benefits gastrointestinal motility ― the rate at which food exits the stomach and continues along the digestive process. Eating ginger encourages efficient digestion, so food doesn't linger as long in the gut. Ginger can also help encourage good gut microbes, which in turn can help with obesity and diabetes.
Dandelion
Traditionally used as a remedy for constipation and other digestion issues, research has noted that dandelion increases gastric motility by as much as 18 percent more than a drug used for that purpose. Dandelions aid our digestive system by maintaining the proper flow of bile. Because dandelion root is full of gut-friendly fiber (inulin), it's no wonder it's been researched for its ability to support the gut microbial balance and digestion.
Black walnut Hull
Black Walnut Hull is considered a tonic that aids digestion and the intestinal system. It helps to relieve colic, heartburn and flatulence. It is known to be a gentle and effective laxative. Black walnut hulls are used to treat intestinal worms.
